This also includes the legal assessment of building law situation with regard to the financing of project developments. We draw up and negotiate the corresponding loan and security contracts considering the project-specific requirements and to what extent there is scope for flexibility. We assist our clients until payment has been made. Wherever required, our lawyers also deal with the obtaining and utilisation of securities.
Apart from classical financing we also provide comprehensive legal and tax advice concerning the conclusion of joint ventures where project partners collaborate in a targeted entrepreneurial fashion and contribute equity and/or planning and building services to a project. In those cases, we decide together with the clients on the best possible corporate or cooperation structure to realise a project taking into consideration fiscal implications.
