Dr. Daniel Weisert mainly focuses on patent, design and copyright law. In addition, he advises internationally operating companies from the plant engineering and construction and energy supply sectors as well as from the automotive, chemical, electronics, IT and fashion industries. In this respect, his main focus is on procedural law and comprehensive advice on commercial law, contract drafting, the establishment of distribution structures and the contractual and forensic support of large-scale projects.
