Dr. Elisa Galir

Dr Elisa Galir advises clients on all questions concerning private building and architecture law as well as commercial real estate law. Her practice-oriented consultation covers both the drafting of contracts, the provision of project-based legal advice and contract implementation. She also represents clients involved in civil law disputes in and out of court. Her work also covers assistance with tendering and contract awarding review procedures.

In addition, Dr Elisa Galir has experience in public building and neighbourhood law and, in this context, she advises clients, in particular on issues interfacing with real estate law.
