Johanna Louise Haug LL.M. (Melbourne)

In her consultancy work, the lawyer Johanna Haug focuses on corporate and real estate law. Among other things, Johanna Haug advises medium-sized companies based in Germany and abroad in connection with company acquisitions, real estate purchases and sales, corporate structuring as well as the drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts. In addition, she assists clients with enforcing and defending corporate and civil law claims at court and out of court.
