Kathrin Strittmatter focuses predominantly on employment law and advises employers on all matters concerning individual and collective employment law. Her particular expertise is the drafting of employment contracts, the judicial and extrajudicial representation of her clients concerning unfair dismissal protection as well as the employment law aspects of corporate transactions. Another area that she focuses on is assisting clients to deal with issues that involve works constitution and collective bargaining law. In addition, Ms Strittmatter advises small- and medium-sized companies on corporate law with a particular focus on compliance.
