Larissa Siegel advises her clients on issues involving industrial property rights, competition law, life sciences & pharmaceutical law. Her particular expertise is the trademark law and representing her clients in application, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. She advises, in particular, pharmaceutical companies in pharmaceutical and drug advertising legislation as well as in medical devices law. She also assists clients, in and out of court, when it comes to enforcing and fending off claims arising in said fields of expertise as well as those connected with civil law issues.
