For more than 30 years, Rainer Dietmann has been advising and representing medium-sized and larger companies, capital market oriented companies and their owners as well as managing and supervisory bodies in matters relating to corporate law as well as during corporate and financing transactions. Rainer Dietmann has played a role in many national and international corporate transactions such as corporate acquisitions and sales as well as joint venture projects. Furthermore, he has acquired special expertise in assisting with restructuring processes, advising clients on corporate financing, in particular in the negotiating and drafting of complex consortium loans and issuing of corporate bonds for refinancing and investment purposes. His clients appreciate his wealth of experience in various business sectors such as the paper, capital goods, food and chemical industries as well as in the lending and service sector and the live entertainment industry.
