Vanessa Breslauer

Vanessa Breslauer is a lawyer who predominantly advises nationally and internationally active companies both on questions concerning IT and data protection law as well as on commercial and corporate law. She assists companies, in particular, during any data-protection compliant implementation of corporate processes as well as during IT projects and compliance issues. In addition, Vanessa Breslauer deals with the acquisition and sale of companies, with corporate restructuring measures, venture capital financing as well as with corporate and asset succession.
