Vanessa Wüllner is mainly engaged in the field of commercial and corporate law, advising both international and German companies. She also assists clients with company sales and acquisitions and helps companies adopt sustainability and ESG measures. In addition, Vanessa Wüllner advises on commercial and corporate law disputes and provides support in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement and defense of the resulting claims.
