As a lawyer and mediator, Dr. Eva Schwittek assists family-run companies and wealthy private individuals during generational change processes. She engages in the conception and implementation of company and asset succession solutions as well as conflict management between the parties concerned. Her specialty is inheritance law and the adjacent fields of company, family and property law. Furthermore, Eva Schwittek advises clients on matters relating to other legal systems, in particular those that concern Japan.
