Jonas Kuhlbrodt is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. His work involves advising national and international companies on transactions, partnerships and restructurings, as well as on all other matters relating to commercial and corporate law. Another key area of Jonas Kuhlbrodt’s practice is banking and capital markets law. He also assists clients with the enforcement and defence of claims, both in and out of court.
