Dr. Markus Spitz

Dr. Markus Spitz is a lawyer who mainly advises his clients on information technology and data protection law as well as company and trade law. He advises and assists chemical companies, plant engineering firms, car manufacturers and energy suppliers, telecommunication, IT and roadside hospitality companies in particular on the implementation of corporate processes, IT and outsourcing projects as well as compliance issues and questions concerning business law in line with data protection regulations. He also deals with company acquisitions and sales, attending to matters such as the drawing up and negotiation of transitional services agreements. In addition, Dr. Markus Spitz acts as a speaker on topics involving data protection laws, in particular, within the context of medical law.
