Kristina R. Lindenfeld specialises in offering advice on corporate law. Apart from advising clients on national and international M&A transactions, the resolution of partner disputes and implementation of structural measures, she is particularly well versed in business law and contract formation. Another key area of her practice is property law, with a particular focus on commercial tenancy and leasehold law for both domestic and international clients.
