Dr. Marina Schäuble

Dr Marina Schäuble has extensive expertise in the real estate market. She advises institutional and regulated real estate investors, funds, private equity firms, asset management platforms, families and companies on investments, real estate portfolio management and complex real estate transactions. As co-head of the Real Estate practice group, she particularly assists with asset and share deals, portfolio transactions and sale-and-lease-back structures and has extensive experience with project developments, in particular forward and forward funding transactions. A particular focus is on providing support in relation to large-volume leases (hospitality, office, retail) and advising on residential property and condominium law. 
In addition, she provides comprehensive advice on the financing of real estate and project developments as well as on lease agreements in the field of wind energy, including contractual structuring and risk-oriented negotiation. She advises on all asset classes, including topics related to smart buildings, and is well versed in legal asset and corporate real estate management, particularly with regard to renewable energies and portfolio refurbishments. She is a Sustainable Real Estate Finance Manager (IREBS/BUILTWORLD).
