Dr Marina Schäuble advises clients in all areas of commercial real estate law. Apart from German and foreign investors, real estate funds and insurance companies, she regularly advises German and international companies on real estate transactions. She has a wealth of experience concerning “Real Estate” as an asset class and is particularly well versed in questions associated with project development and commercial tenancy and lease law, land law as well as property und asset management.
Latterly she has been assisting Wealthcap with diverse transactions including the purchase of the Rheinkontor office block in Mainz as well as several properties for the “Wohnen Spezial AIF 1“ fund and has taken over the ongoing consultation for Ram INVEST and other institutional investors buying retail properties for various funds.
