For more than 20 years, Dr. Hartmut Fischer has been advising companies on the planning and operation of commercial and industrial facilities. He acts on behalf of cities and municipalities as well as of investors, cooperating on projects involving urban land-use planning and planning permission procedures. Hartmut Fischer works together with experts and technical specialists on numerous complex infrastructure projects.
