Katja Huth LL.M.

The lawyer Katja Huth advises family businesses and private individuals on matters relating to individual company and asset succession planning. She focuses on providing advice on inheritance and family law as well as the corresponding tax and corporate law. Her work mainly consists of drawing up wills, contracts of inheritance, donation and marriage contracts as well as articles of association within the framework of the succession model requested by the client. When enforcing and defending claims, she represents clients in court and also arranges out-of-court settlements.
