Elmar Günther is a lawyer and notary with offices in Frankfurt am Main. He mainly advises German and foreign financial investors, family offices and companies on direct and indirect investments in real estate and companies. This includes mergers and take-overs, private equity investments and joint ventures as well as in-house restructuring measures. Due to secondments to a London-based bank specialising in the financing and securitization of commercial property and an international real estate fund, Elmar Günther offers his clients comprehensive knowledge and has a deep understanding of the property industry and the collateralisation of financing processes.

He also assists individuals and entrepreneurial families when it comes to complex cross-border and domestic matters that involve the making of provisions for succession planning and asset transfers.
