Ulrich Loetz advises project developers and investors concerning the realisation of real estate as well as power plant projects during all stages, in particular the swift procurement of building rights, the negotiation and drafting of (town planning) agreements, the issuance of planning permissions and the implementation of projects. In situations involving competitors or complaints by neighbours, he develops custom-made solutions and strategies to improve the defence of his clients. Acting on behalf of cities, towns and local councils, Ulrich Loetz looks after all types of town planning projects (zoning and land-use plans), from zoning plans to the planning and implementation of new city districts and neighbourhoods. His advice is very much geared towards a cooperative implementation of concepts. Another speciality of his consists in the provision of advice to clients on matters involving energy laws, nature and species protection laws, water and soil protection laws, laws concerning the protection of historical monuments as well as immission control and municipal laws.
