A major focus of our work is in the area of national and cross-border financing transactions. We regularly assist both lenders and borrowers with a range of financing options, in particular the extension of bilateral and syndicated loans as well as the issuing of "Schuldschein loans" (loans against a promissory note) and other types of loans. We also advise and support our clients in the implementation of acquisition and project financing. Our clients further benefit from our comprehensive know-how and many years of experience in restructuring funding in crisis situations. We also structure and negotiate all forms of private equity investments such as LBO/MBO transactions or mezzanine financing options for national and international capital investors or for the companies concerned with a special focus on medium-sized target companies. Furthermore, for many years, we have supported our clients in the area of growth financing by venture capitalists (venture capital investments), starting with structuring and negotiations and continuing through all financing rounds all the way to exit.
