Dr Michael Grünwald is a lawyer who specialises in real estate transactions and financing.
His clients include real estate funds, owners of portfolio properties and property developers whom he advises on all issues associated with the acquisition and sale as well as the financing of portfolio properties or projects.
Latterly he assisted, among other things, with the sale of commercial real estate via a forward deal with a volume of more than 130 million euros, the sale of several apartment portfolios via a forward deal, the financing of a large-scale development of residential properties for hundreds of millions and the acquisition of various large specialist retailers for several funds.
