Dr. Matthias Keilbach

Dr. Matthias Keilbach offers nationally and internationally active companies comprehensive advice on matters of commercial and corporate law. His work involves all areas of economic law, but focuses in particular on Mergers & Acquisitions transactions, corporate structuring and restructuring as well as legal representation. Another key practice area is pharmaceutical law, in particular clinical trials, contract manufacturing and testing as well as advising in matters involving investigational medicinal products. Matthias Keilbach also lectures at the Konanz-Führungsakademie (Konanz Management Academy) of the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences.
