Dr. Annette Sättele’s primary area of expertise is in advising employers on all issues pertaining to labour and employment law with a particular focus on commercial constitutional law and collective bargaining law. Another major area is providing guidance on labour and employment law and strategies for corporate restructuring and acquisition processes – also in bankruptcy cases – as well as for downsizing measures. Further, she develops provisions in compliance with individual and collective labour regulations in matters of compensation, employee incentives and the flexibilisation of working conditions. She also advises on service contract provisions for board members and managing directors. In addition, Annette Sättele holds lectures on a comprehensive range of human resources topics in the context of in-house training programmes.

I have been a football fan since I was a child. This helped me recognise early on that you first have to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of your opponent and then integrate these into your personal strategy, but you also have to keep fighting to the very last minute, no matter whether you are winning or not.
