Benedikt Pöppel mainly advises clients on issues involving public building and planning law. As part of his work, he represents building project developers, municipalities, and private individuals both in land-use planning and approval procedures as well as in any legal disputes that may arise. When dealing with these matters, he also dedicates part of his work to environmental and protected species laws and any resulting interdependencies affecting the projects; he also acts as conflict manager who handles topics such as noise and other immissions. Another focus of his work is the area of planning approval law regarding infrastructure projects (in particular the expansion and construction of major roads).
