Dr. Martin Bürmann advises companies and their owners, in particular in matters relating to corporate acquisitions and sales as well as structuring and restructuring. Another main focus of his work is offering legal advice during annual general meetings, legal challenges and reorganisation and crisis-related transactions. In addition, he provides legal guidance to management boards, managing directors and supervisory boards on all issues of corporate law and has many years of experience in the development of employee participation models for medium-sized companies. Martin Bürmann also holds regular lectures on corporate reorganisation. His clients include investors and companies in the biotechnology, service, IT and financial services sectors.
