Lars Schmidt specialises in offering advice on banking and capital market law as well as investment law. This includes general banking issues and matters relating to credit law and banking supervisory law. An important part of Lars Schmidt’s work is the representation of credit institutions and institutional investors in litigation relating to banking and capital markets law. He also offers medium-sized and internationally active companies comprehensive advice on corporate law, mainly in the context of restructuring projects as well as capital measures and company start-ups.One focus of his work is the representation of shareholders in disputes under corporate law in court.
