Monika Bandel

Monika Bandel specialises in public law, in particular public building law, immission control law and nature and species conservation law. Ms Bandel advises project developers and investors on the rapid and legally secure enforcement and structuring of building law. She also represents cities and municipalities in urban planning law. She supports the preparation of development plans and drafts urban development contracts in connection with the development of building land. Ms Bandel also advises on the sale of properties in connection with the exercise of pre-emptive rights and the approval of property sales in accordance with the Property Transactions Act.  She also specialises in the field of renewable energies. Here, she advises project developers on the realisation of open-space wind and photovoltaic parks.
