Patrick Treitz mainly advises clients on commercial and corporate law including issues relating to insolvency law. He chiefly advises medium-sized companies operating nationally and internationally in the chemicals, plant engineering, automotive and IT sectors as well as their owners and management bodies. His work with these companies is mainly focused on the formation and negotiation of commercial law contracts, the structuring and restructuring of companies as well as company acquisitions and disposals.
