Dr Adrian Bugger advises national and international entrepreneurial families and wealthy private individuals on the planning and implementation of generational succession. His main focus is on the tax and legal structuring of succession in globalised family structures through lifetime and testamentary transfers of assets to natural and legal persons. A particular focus here is on inheritance and gift tax, especially involving domestic and foreign foundations. He also specialises in advising entrepreneurial families on setting up exit structures under company law.
