The control centre of our clients: company law has been a focus of our consultancy services since our law firm was founded. We have a large, specialised team that supports our clients as they navigate the diverse issues governed by company law. At the forefront are the classic company law services: advising at shareholders' meetings as well as assisting managing directors and members of boards and supervisory boards. In doing so, we contribute the experience we have gained from many years of holding seats on advisory boards and supervisory boards, also of publicly traded companies. In addition, we can invest our many years of experience in structuring and financing companies and acquisitions in compliance with company law. In this, we do not simply follow the handbooks, but work together with our clients to develop creative, tailored solutions. This process also requires expertise in tax law, which we can also provide, and not only because of our close cooperation with the tax consultancy RITTERSHAUS Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH. For many of our long-standing clients, we provide ongoing company law-related consultancy services in the form of a "corporate housekeeping", which includes issues pertaining to directors' and officers' (D&O) liability as well as tailored corporate governance. Of course, we also represent our clients when things get contentious, for example in company law disputes over shareholders' resolutions as well as expedited shareholder actions. We also work to protect our clients' interests before the ordinary courts or in arbitration procedures. Our clients are active on an international level and so are we, whether it concerns corporate cross-border transformations or the formation of companies in other countries.
