Sarah Kaufmann

Sarah Kaufmann is a lawyer whose main focus is the field of employment law. She specifically advises and looks after companies requiring assistance with matters involving individual and collective employment legislation. This includes in particular the drawing up of employment contracts, the representation of clients in and out of court covering the field of employment protection, issues involving the industrial constitution law as well as employment law aspects when it comes to the acquisition and sale of companies. Furthermore, Ms Kaufmann attends to medium-sized enterprises from various industries advising them on company law, in particular in the field of compliance.
