Dr. Matthias Uhl primarily offers comprehensive advice in matters relating to commercial and corporate law to nationally and internationally active, medium-sized and larger companies as well as capital market oriented companies from the chemical, facility construction, automotive, power supply, telecommunications, IT and travel catering sectors. In this, his main focus lies on corporate acquisitions and sales, venture capital, corporate structuring and restructuring, shareholder disputes as well as economic law and compliance cases. Matthias Uhl also offers legal guidance in the development and implementation of corporate succession and estate planning solutions.
