Professor Antje Boldt studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. In 1994 she started her legal career at a law firm that specialises in building law and since 2021 she has been a partner at RITTERSHAUS. Ms Boldt mainly focuses on advising clients on the preparation of and assistance with infrastructure projects, the construction of schools and nurseries as well as health care facilities such as the building of new hospitals. She advises clients in particular on new contract processing forms of “integrierte Projektallianz” (cooperation between several parties involved in a project who work together as a core group) and methods applied in lean construction management and building information modelling. Ms Boldt is a professor for commercial law at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden; she also acts as a mediator at the Hesse Chamber of Architects and as an arbitrator and adjudicator pursuant to the Schiedsgerichtsordnung für Baustreitigkeiten (SGOBau) (German Rules of Arbitration for Building Disputes) and pursuant to the Schiedsgerichtsordnung der Deutschen Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (DIS) (German Rules of Arbitration issued by the German Institute of Arbitration). Ms Boldt is an active member of the executive board of the Deutsche Baugerichtstag e.V.(German Association representing Lawyers specialising in Building Law)and serves on the management board of the Competence Centre for Integrated Project Development.
