The main focus of Dr. Daniel Berg’s work is on advising clients in matters of general economic law and corporate law. He works with national and international companies, particularly in automotive and aircraft manufacturing, in plant construction and the paper, furniture and consumer goods industries in all matters relating to commercial and corporate law. A particular focus recently has been on advising project developers, investors and energy suppliers on the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects, primarily wind, photovoltaics, geothermal energy and battery storage. Since the beginning of the legislative process, he has also dealt intensively with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act from a scientific perspective. Lawyer Daniel Berg also advises on German-Spanish and German-Latin American legal relations. In addition, Daniel Berg lectures at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich and acts as chairman of the expert committee for commercial and corporate law of the Bar Association for the Higher Regional Court District of Munich in an honorary capacity. Dr. Berg is an accredited and certified Incoterms® 2020 trainer for the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC).
