Dr. Christina Eschenfelder advises listed and unlisted companies and their supervisory board and managing board members primarily on stock corporation and corporate law as well as matters pertaining to corporate governance. Christina Eschenfelder provides guidance to investors and corporations during financing processes and advises nationally as well as internationally operating companies on structuring and restructuring measures as well as during Mergers & Acquisitions. Among other things, she has specialised in impact investing. Christina Eschenfelder is a lecturer in Corporate Governance in the Sustainable Finance post-graduate program at the EBS Executive School of the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht gGmbH.
