Dr. Christoph Rung

Dr. Christoph Rung advises companies and public authorities on all matters relating to German and European public law. The focus of his work lies in environmental as well as building and planning law. In these areas, he assists with projects and negotiations and represents his clients in legal proceedings before the administrative courts. In the area of public economic law, Christoph Rung helps companies achieve compliance with the requirements set out in public procurement law, foreign trade law or state aid law. He assists public authorities and municipal companies in developing procurement plans and implementing procurement procedures. He represents them during public procurement review proceedings before public procurement chambers and Higher Regional Courts.
