The main focus of Dr. Marco Wicklein’s work lies in corporate succession and estate planning. In this area, he advises family-owned companies and individuals in all matters of succession and property law, since 2013 also as a certified mediator. Marco Wicklein further supports clients in enforcing and defending their claims in courts (also courts of arbitration) and out of court. His areas of expertise are inheritance and inheritance tax law as well as the associated areas of corporate and family law. He also offers clients comprehensive legal advice on real estate projects.
