Dr Florian Hänle has comprehensive expertise in the field of real estate transactions and real estate financing. In connection with property transactions, he mainly concentrates on advising institutional investors on buying and selling real estate and assisting project developers with the structuring and implementation of complex sales procedures. When it comes to real estate financing Dr Hänle mainly advises banks and funds acting as lenders, also in the case of mezzanine financing. Dr Hänle also offers his clients support with regard to the drafting of leasehold agreements and all issues associated with land law such as, for example, easements.
