Dr Maximilian Gutsche specialises in commercial tenancy law, private building law as well as architects’ and engineering law. He represents real estate companies, project developers, property developers, industrial companies, project controllers, architects and engineers, public housing associations, institutional investors, and financial institutions. His main areas of activity are the provision of project-related legal advice as well as dealing with topics involving project development and project management with regard to which he also offers and concentrates on trouble-shooting services. Furthermore, he is active in the field of sports law where he focuses in particular on issues concerning professional football and handball. Since July 2020 Dr Maximilian Gutsche has been in charge of the Jost Hurler group of companies, a Munich-based real estate business, where he works as the managing director while offering his services as a counsel to RITTERSHAUS.
