Dr. Milena Charnitzky's practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, commercial and corporate law as well as sustainability. She advises nationally and internationally operating companies from the chemical, automotive, IT and food industries as well as their owners and management bodies. Being part of RITTERSHAUS' international desks (Italian and China Desk), one focus of her work lies in advising on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Apart from that, Milena is particularly well versed in drafting and negotiating complex contracts in all areas of commercial law and has a wide range of experience in high value litigation cases.
In addition to practicing law, she is active as President of the Corporate and M&A Commission at the International Young Lawyers’ Association AIJA.
