Julia Reumann is a lawyer who specialises in private building law as well as architecture and engineering law. In this area she assists clients with the drafting of contracts, offers consultancy services during construction and acts as litigator covering classical issues such as follow-up management, fees payable and liability for defects. In addition, Ms Reumann has immense experience concerning the acquisition and sale of properties – be it for project developments or property portfolios. She also advises clients on leasehold contracts and on all issues surrounding real estate law including easements.


Based on her wide range of experience, Ms Reumann provides a one-stop advice service to the various actors in the real estate industry.  Her clients include project developers, property developers, cities, towns and municipalities, holders of property portfolios and real estate funds as well as building companies, architects, engineers and project controllers.
 

Her credentials include the ongoing representation of the Jost Hurler Gruppe concerning, among others, the Quartier Schwabinger Tor project in Munich, and assistance with various infrastructure projects based on the innovative integrated project development model (Integrierte Projektabwicklung/IPA) that involve investments in the high three-digit million range.
